How the Prime flow works.

1. Scope: Architect AI turns your idea into a detailed, legally aligned Scope Document with priced milestones.
2. Marketplace: vetted agencies and squads bid on the same scope, so you compare people—not interpretations.
3. Vault lock: you fund milestones up front; the Vault marks them as LOCKED but doesn't release money yet.
4. Code Witness: tracks ticket-tagged commits and CI before marking milestones VERIFIED and triggering payouts.

When Prime is the right choice:
